Offering Our Conflicts to God

Posted on August 10, 2022April 5, 2023 by Perspective Mapper

When we try to figure out our conflicts purely with our thoughts, we inevitably fall short. We end up either a tangled mess or obstinate in a narrow perspective.

However, a beautiful joy occurs as we start handing our conflicts over to Source, one by one, through prayer or meditation.

Our confusions, pains, and turmoils start to work themselves out. One by one, thread by thread, each conflict within us starts to unravel and disentangle.

And a broader perspective emerges. And our conflicts unfold in a way utterly transcendent of our own human intelligence to be able to “figure out”.

Make no mistake, depending on our karmic stock, the disentangling process might take days, or might take a lifetime (or lifetimes). But it happens, invariably.

When we have enough experience with this process, we realize this is the way through. Perhaps we might conclude this is the only way through.

Greetings Ranjeeth, this is Lana. (We met at a “closed” City Hall quite some time ago) Glad to see you are doing well. It must be nice to be on a retreat! Hope to see you again, next time you’re in Beaverton! Enjoyed talking with you. Peace be.

Getting back with you a few months later Lana! I’ve been away from the blog a bit but back again. Nice to see you here and have your Spirit tied with this work.

    Ranjeeth,
To respond to the subject matter, I believe we must surrender all especially conflict to God. The Most High who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above anything we could ever hope for. It is my daily prayer to be guided by the peace that surpasses all understanding. Learning to be still and meditate remains a challenge for me. Nevertheless, I am always inspired to try. Again, and again. Peace be. Lana

I relate..we try again and again and again…it’s a process, but there is no other salvation but our connection to God. 🙂 Only the Most High has the capability to move us forward and through. I appreciate your wonderfully expressed words!
