Benefits of Liaison Model
I encourage many of you to explore setting up a liaison infrastructure for yourself. There are several benefits to such a model.

- Unlimited Scope – unlimited permutations and combinations of relationships across the globe

Standard vs Active
I have two levels of liaison partners — standard and active.
Standard liaison partners are orgs on a case by case arrangements for mutual profit through a transactional exchange of value. Proactive liaison partners we those we actively pursue arrangements with. They require being in sync established.
Project Hygeine
For a collaboration to be successful, as much of the following need to be in place:
- One page document highlighting complete business value
- Have a registered business and website.
- Meet weekly or biweekly.
- Daily Pulse – log filled out (takes no more than 2-3 minutes / day)
- Fixed # of hours / day on project
- Use a central hub to share notes, tasks, and documents.
- Committed by passion/principle, in addition to transaction
- Have 3 successful standard liaison arrangements working out
- Clear MoU signed – terms reviewed every quarter, six months, or year
- Work with 80% consistency for 30-60 days.
Software / AI Agent model
In the age of Agentic AGI, the business model for software / apps / AI is in flux. I’m in the process of uncovering a model for how software companies structure their offerings. Some of the features:
- Identify new needs and new solutions on a daily, weekly, or monthly audit
- Client has their own platform and own AI agent / avatar / data.
- Client plays a proactive role in the process of shaping their solution
- Client engages either directly or via their AI agent.
- Nothing is static here — the platform, interaction, and everything is dynamic
- Client has their own agent / avatar, and manages their own platform fine-tuned for their needs
- Agent to Agent interaction (client agent to our agent)
