Assumption of Individuality

Posted on February 7, 2018April 19, 2023 by Perspective Mapper

As the world goes through the most rapid transformation in the history of humanity, huge questions will start to emerge in our understanding of what it means to be an individual.

With very serious projects and efforts to directly link our brains to technology, and spiritual efforts focused on Collective Awakening, we might very well outgrow the assumption that each of us is an individual consciousness.

It is becoming clearer and clearer that we are all fragments of One Consciousness. When this, I believe, Fundamental Truth really dawns on us, we’ll be questioning a variety of our social institutions that are built on the premise of individuality.

When our consciousness seamlessly shifts between people, groups, and societies, we’ll likely find our principles and institutions, like marriage, competition, and war, might no longer make sense.

This is all happening really, really fast. Can we envision what’s beyond this?
