Happy 2018 to everyone! Welcome to a new year of deeper self-understanding!
First off, a status update.
My experience in 2017 as a learning experience. Once again, a challenging year with lots of lessons. I’ve witnessed firsthand the way lack of mature communications, undefined culture, weak principles, excess fixation on outcome, and an ingoring of human respect leads to massive dysfunction in an organization…and the stark need for the type of work that we do.
Technology has brought the world’s information to our fingertips. But the wisdom in managing this information, synthesizing, integrating, and transending the limitations of our perspective…is arguably more needed than ever. Let the coming decade be one not just of information and intelligence, but wisdom.
